Ummmm, no I didn't express an opinion in this regard. I noted my observance that WAMU went to the Pink Sheets, and I copied the 8-K filing.

WAMU should sue the fed for taking without just compensation if it feels its assets were stripped, and I understand they are considerating such a legal action.
