That may be the whole point, he does know how much stock he issued. If the T/A say's CMKX has issued 20 billion and Urbie (or somebody with money) has bought 40 billion on the open market, he has somebody by the cajones. If CMKX offered a buyout of say 1.00 per share, wouldn't somebody owe Urbie 40 billion dollars? Anyone could have bought 40 billion shares when the pps was .0001 for six months. The cost would have been 4 million dollars and you would have to buy about 400 million a day for 100 trading days ( about 5 months). I don't want to argue about whether or not this is the way things really are, but is this not true? Maybe this is how he finances the drilling and lawyers, somebody with big money is backing him up. I'm sure there are people willing to risk 4 million dollars to get 40 billion. Just an opinion of the way things could be.
