He shouldn't have gagged the TA in the first place. Yes, a stock audit, if made public, will be an "official" statement, and that's good.

But I find it puzzling indeed that many here seem not to understand that the ONLY person who can issue stock is Urbie. Therefore, he MUST know how much he issued.
