Just went to confirm that and LB is correct. It is in the 19 Aug GERS 10 Q and doesn't show up in the 19 Nov filing. Hmmmmmmm.

IF LYING TOM received a settlement he will keep it for HIMSELF. The lawsuit NEVER involved SWYV but LYING TOM MISLED us in PRs that we would benefit. HE KEPT ANY SETTLEMENT!!!

Holt: Right now this stock is so messed up that I wouldn't be surprised if I hear another R/S within this year or early next year of about 50:1 to remove all this negative debt...there seems to be no other way IMO for Tom to start with a clean slate

Now of course I dont want that to happen because if it does, my shares, or whatever is left of it after the 5:1 R/S will be wiped out...but I really dont see any other way he can create value in the next 2-3 years...he would have to be a very smart, intelligent and forward thinking CEO if he pulls off the miracle of increasing pps levels to where it was just after the R/S with the current dilution levels

I am just shutting my eyes for the next 2-3 months and hopefully when I open them, all this dilution is gone...
