Well... where do you think the latest debentures came from? Probably TS with whatever settlement they gave him. Do you realize that's a 35% return on his investment to sell those shares by loaning money (cds) to the company he's pissed away(SWYV)?

Or maybe that's the $400k he restructured? Write cds to his own company for $400k, restructure that into long term debt as to "save face" with shareholders... He's trying to sell more shares.

coop, That is what I found when I looked after lightbeam mentioned it. Either the case was settled out of court or it was dropped by the plaintiff.
