This post and most this morning are A-typical of the people here..there are some exceptions and you know who you are. Look, bman take the time to go back and read the PR concerning the law suit..dont expect me to dig it up for you...in it TS says that he will do his best to ensure the Seaway share holder will get any just money that he receives from the law suit.
Now take a min and use some logic, JimZ and some others here..have any of you ever followed a company that has had a law suit eithe against someone of against them...well in most cases when its settled the number ONE condition of a settlement is that NEITHER PARTY MAY DISCUSS THE AGREEMENT OF THE SETTLEMENT.
Now take the time and do a little thing called DD..the law suit involves GS Agrifuels and how it pertained to Tom S. when he was employeed by KK.....what TS had said was if there was any money over and above what he was entitled to he would put that money into Seaway to help the value of the comany and its shareholder.....
Final point...dont assume that just because you have not heard any thing on the suit and how it may effect Seaway that you wont hear something when you can with out breaking an agreement, if one of coarse exsists.
Amazing, that is all I can say...simply amazing..
