Seventeenseconds... you need to slow down there cowboy this stock isn't going to a dollar yet.. That is just flat out unrealistic to even think that at this point in time.. Even the company has placed a current value on it by issuing a Cash dividend and it ain't a dollar I can assure you because if it were the latest dividend announcement would be meaning less.

Lets just look at the dividend in itself for a minute. I am referring to big board stock and not penny stocks. Dividends on stocks when over 7-8% are looked at as very risky or too good to be true so many people won't buy them. On average most secure dividend paying stock that have paid out dividends for the last 50 years run between 2-6%.

So for figuring sakes lets take 5% here. The company has just had a media release stating they will be paying .001 per share per quarter for an annual return of .004 a share.. Well even at .02 that is a 20% dividend. This is an outstanding return and has the too good to be true icon on it!

So if we take the more realistic 5% dividend and apply that to
the PPS? I would say the company is currently seeing their stock price at somewhere around 5-6 cents a share? Now this is all hypothectical because no dividend have been paid yet only declared. So the company is looking out ONE YEAR for a supporting price of 5 or more cents a share. IMHO

Of course during that time a lot of things could happen to make the price go one way or the other in a more dramatic move with out a doubt? The company establishing a Cash quarterly dividend IMHO was to encourage a more stable share holder base and get the flippers and speculators out of the picture allowing a more gradual climb in price without the wild price swings it has experinced to date.

I mean if the price shot up to 10 cents by next week do you really think anyone buying right now would care about the dividend? Absolutely not in fact if the price shot up 100-200% people wouldn't care. Why would you care about a 20% dividend when you just made 100%?

This is why I think it was the companies intent to flush out those day traders and encourage some long term investors by offering this Cash dividend was the best thing they could due at this point in time to stabalize the PPS..

The next big issue is the share structure and it will be important to monitor it to be certain that no real Dilution is taking place under our noises? From what I understand the TA issue is resolved and I will call them today to verify this.

The dividend was a great opportunity for the company to establish they are serious. Of course they must pay it to show credibility so that is a time issue and now your looking at a one year time frame here for that! So anyone who is buying for the dividends is looking out one year or more or your just wasting your time and you can go on the MOON SHOOT LOTTO MOMO wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee ride.

Now lets say we go out 6 months and they pay a couple a dividends and the sales and profits go up? PPS has now gone up to between 5-10 cents a share and they announce an increase in the CASH dividend pay out? WOW can you imagine what would happen then? You have a .20 cent stock! Do you see where I am coming from here now?

This stock ain't going to a dollar so fast but the potential and credabilty of the company is taken an about face IMHO..

good luck

If there had been enough information out already to take this baby past a dollar, well than it would be higher than where it is. And, you cant just blame the market conditions. While I do think this company is real and legit more than ever, I am a believer what this company needs is real validation, like audited financials, product sheets, pictures of facilities, and so on. Also think the dividend was some real validation, but its not enough alone.

Promoters trolling the boards and more un-coordinated press releases won't do it alone, not in my opinion. If they want to get this to a price for uplisting to AMEX, it needs to be an all out coordinated effort, with no slackers like the original promoters and IR guy.
