papacoco.. the good news is we can once again monitor the share structure! TA is un gaged So we can see what is going on. The share structure is the key to what is going on with the real company motives.

So far I don't see it as excessive or out of line with the price for now. Now its up to the company to perform and make money so they can pay the dividend they just declared.

with the structure the way it is now the company has to pay out $158,532.00 dollars per quarter. If they do this for 4 quarters this will become the life changer people keep dreaming about.
