mic, as far as the apple/IDCC deal "fixed-fee royalty-bearing patent license agreement", which appeared in the press, is about all they will ever say on that, so they don't ask anymore. I had assumed all along the IFX/IDCC iphone deal would be per unit, but maybe that was never confirmed until today?
