Sorry if already covered today:

But does that mean that Apple royalty payments are fixed per quarter and not related to units sold; but Infinion contributions to Apple phone are unit based...translating to some per unit contributions to IDCC from I-phone sales.

I was disappointed that at CC nobody asked a very short clear question as to the licensing arrangements that IDCC has directly with Apple and RIMM.
