jkj: you certainly seem to believe that IDCC is the "punk" on the block. I don't blame you, at all. IDCC hasn't shown us the ability to fend off the big players. MOT, QCOM, Ericy and now NOK have seemed to use and abuse IDCC IPR. SAM has also had its way with IDCC. Will IDCC ever "WIN" and get paid what they are owed?? I keep waiting to see an overt act by IDCC to see the confirmation of the faith that I have that this is a great investment. I am still waiting...

Most of all, in each instance of a court or arbitration involvement... they all seem to go against IDCC...I am wondering when that tide will turn?? Will it be now?

Full disclosure; on a re-read, I should have added that I fully bought into the "watershed" message.

...i.e. investors who bought the "watershed" story."

jk you said: "I hope this doesn't come to pass but, if the final amount accepted by IDCC is much less than what the company has lead us to believe, then there are going to be a large number of investors claiming they were misled and looking for restitution. In this litigious age, I don't have to spell out what that could mean."

Do you think with a Nokia settlement even at or even 25% of the amount announced that we wont get back to our 52 week high of $28? I do believe that we will hit at least that, and if we do, then nobody can claim they lost money, you can't sue for opportunity's lost can you? You can't claim that I bought at $28 because I thought it was going to $50 so pay me the difference. Even in our litigious society, I believe that would be thrown out.
