Many on this board are thinking NOK has nothing to lose by going the distance with Arbitration.

Perhaps its actually InterDig who has nothing to lose (except for a few months delay in getting jai's ten tasks completed). If the terms of the NOK contract are valid and enforceable, and the ERICY settlement is a reasonably negotiated trigger, then a 100% win (including interest) is not out of the question. IMO, this Arb decision is worth about $3/4Billion to InterDig when you include the impact on other licenses.

In any event, I trust our guys to make the right decisions focussing on the long term value of the company. And, I'm prepared to wait for 2005 to finally, finally, finally, finally, finally, finally (ad nauseam) be our year LOL
