nok could agree to an amount less than they anticipate arbitrators to assign. idcc could agree to greater than anticipated or at least better than it could be.

look at hockey and baseball. agreements at the 11th hour are the rule. quite often split the baby.

I think you have overempowered NOKIA just as Wall Street has.I think NOKIA EMPOWERS IDCC.
NOKIA signed a legal contract the money is coming 05 or 04.
The other companies know this and have little to gain by stalling. IMAGINE NOKIA SETTLES and you don't have a license
because you play hardball. NOW YOU MUST SIGN ON IDCC TERMS.

I BELIEVE DEALS ARE NEAR COMPLETION EVERYWHERE.
I DON'T THINK MANAGEMENT IS IMPOTENT I THINK WALL STREET IS.
