The way I understand it if they do a Crusip# and name change we would end up with the same shaes and the shorts are screwed.If they do a R/S we will be screwed anyway it is done before a buy back occurs.

Only thing that will happen if a R/S occurs is shareholders get screwed more then we already have been.The O/S is reduced big time,shareholders are wiped out and then the company continues to sell more shares all over again.The pps will fall like a rock being dropped off a hundred story building.JMHO
