I agree. R/S = screwed shareholders.
If a company does complete a substantial enough buyback, the R/S is not really needed anymore, unless the share structure is completely out of wack. The buyback reduces the share count, which will make the company more attractive, getting more investors involved, and the sp goes up naturally. We win. GLTA LC
