it was suggested by a few posters here that perhaps pxd handed over information to Kim and it is currently being reviewed. from there, we will see if it's deficient as per discovery. pxd could very well have handed over a bunch of "fluff" in a sad attempt to make it look like they made efforts to comply with discovery. attorneys want to hand over as little information as possible. it may be required that the judge step in and demand that certain pieces of info are handed over as i am sure pxd is not going to hand over the more important stuff willingly.
