Maybe its 5000 tons, and the PR had an extra 0 in it due to sticky fingers, I don't know, don't know nothing about it.

But let's assume 4000 tons at $150/ton. That's $600,000.

As far as the brick, nobody disputes those numbers, there's a bunch of brick there, I understand the walls are 4-7 brick deep, so what you see on the outside multiply by 4 to 7.
