Look at the volume, not many sellers. When news comes out, she could break out. Most of us are holding, but anyone with some shares could bring the price down. It's not a reflection on the stock, it's a reflection on the traders.
But imagine this, buying a stock, holding it for a month, then selling because there isn't news. Do people really think there won't ever be news? I will guess that this will jump up nicely once there is, but people ignore that opportunity.
