so any demo guys who say they knock down the brick without regard to salvaging it simply aren't brick guys.

look, this building was built in 1900, there are millions of brick. it's 4-5 brick thick. of course you don't salvage non-antique brick since it's soft in the middle. you salvage only antique brick and that's what you have here.

there's a whole industry that does it. if someone can't do it, they wont be bidding.
