Edman, I'd be careful with those insinuations. You wouldn't want to go accusing anybody of anything they didn't do. I don't think we have ANY company shills on this mb. Linda has been very critical of the company in a great many of her posts.
I just think she made a mistake by opining that a R/S might not be a bad thing.
As far as I could tell the other 2 shareholders not including myself had not visited Trendsetter Solar Products before.
Cybere expressed to Mr. Atkinson that he did not want a R/S . The other shareholder who is a lady expressed her concerns that a party may find this stock attractive at .0001 and buy up enough shares to gain majority ownership with there being 4.9 billion O/S now and company holding 1.2 billion preferred shares.
I expressed that I did not like a R/S split either because of my own experience in losing virtually all of my investment in a 1 for 400 R/S.
However when the lady whose name I do not recall mentioned again her concerns that a party could find the share price at .0001 very attractive, I thought about it serious and said to Dirk that maybe just a small R/S of 1 for 10 may be alright to reduce the O/S to 500 million.
I was also thinking at the time that based on the presentation by Dirk and Norm that the sales could increase very fast with the new collectors certified and the growing phone calls about the new piggy back system and that the need for selling shares would stop just as quickly.
Dirk said that he will only do what is in the best interest of the shareholders.
