Linda1, please don't be offended, but I am a little concerned about your perception or where that perception may actually be stemming from. The shareholder meeting consisted of only three or four shareholders, including you, right? Well, I must consider the possibility of one or two of them being much closer to the company than just objective shareholders. Considering the overwhelming consensus here is that a RS would not be good, I am left to wonder about your objectivity. Sorry if I am wrong in what I am eluding to, but more importantly, I hope that I am. GLTA, Ed
