Thanks so much for all the info Linda. I certainly hope that Dirk is under the impression that a reverse split even a 1 for ten would be bad for the share holders.

IMO 500,000,000 is nicer then a 10billion AS but not when it opens the doors for furthure dilution. IMO Jim would then think he could raise the AS anytime he needed to fill his pockets again. My voice is strong as it is with other share holders NO REVERSE SPLIT until they have a profitable company in which they do not have to sell securities to pay the bills.
