John Rivera NEVER paid the property taxes on the building in Port Gibson. Just call Claiborne County Tax Collectors Office. They can verify. He always stated that it was Noront's responsibility to pay for it. He told me he owned the building and that no rent was ever due. guessing that was just another lie.
