honestly, who cares about education....

that is not the main point....

the main point is that rivera, if he had the evidence, could easily refute trevisol's claims....

trevisol's attorney's said that after trev bought the place and loaned 25,000 to rivera.... rivera was supposed to pay the taxes on the property and the rent, etc.....

this can EASILY be proved...the local county has all the books.... one call, or one fax and u could easily see that rivea paid his bills.....

OBVIOUSLY.... rivera DID NOT PAY HIS BILLS or the rent.... because the lawyer had no evidence to show that rivera did pay the bills....
