That is how I felt the wording was too. The target date of 5 days, if they could say it was precisely then, seems like it would be easy to get it 5 days earlier. Unless at the last moment someone wanted to review it one last time, change it, or....

Instead, it should have been made very clear from the beginning...but , of course, suspecting nothing we all just assumed 5 days from the 17th...But there will be much more than interpretations exclaimed here if they don't release shortly..Apprehension will be rampant as well as conjecture...

But you say you see it as 15 days from the 17th...But if not today , then Monday would be my new guess...
