First, I believe it is 15 days, which will put us at the end of the month.

Secondly, Even if it were a 5 day extension that does not make it due today. You have five days from the 17th (you don't count the 17th as your 1st day), which would put us at the 22nd (Saturday).....Therefore it would only be due on Monday. This is just my interpretation and MHO of course.
