I agree. They setled with NEC for some 53 million, while claiming that they owed around 400 million. A large cash settlement does nothing for the bottom line, but forward looking revenues will move the stock price. IDCC now has a profitable arrangement with NEC. IDCC should sacrifice some past due amounts from Nokia in favor of lucrative 3G rates. If IDCC did it for NEC and ERICY, then Nokia will expect nothing less.
