I want IDCC to collect the amount awarded in arbitration. Please include interest for late payment. As for 3G, we have informed Samsung about our licensing fee.
There is no question of revenge. We look forward to a long and productive relationship with Samsung and Nokia.

Shallowmind: What gives you the faith now, that signing a deal with Samsung for 3G will be kept by Samsung. We had a deal with them for 2G and they have been jerking IDCC around for years. A deal is a deal is a deal. Samsung hosed IDCC and its shareholders. Please do not act like IDCC is responsible for this ordeal. IDCC is now entitled to money from Samsung that is actually less than what is rightfully owed from the deal that was originally written and signed by Samsung and IDCC.

In general, we should let IDCC mgmt handle this. Because we as shareholders always have the option to buy, sell or hold.

Duke, that would be fine if in fact IDCC holds Sam's feet to the fire and gets a signed, longterm 3G deal at a good rate. I don't want it to go down like Nokia, or Ericsson, where we settled for 2G at a huge discount and still no 3G deal. Since Nokia got off for $250M for 2G, and fair and relative amount for Samsung is probably around $150M... but we still wait for 3G.
