You can be spiteful and claim a big win in the 2G battle and lose the 3G war.

I'm not talking about giving up the $160M. I'm talking about the royalties for 2006 and, maybe, just maybe, some interest on the $160M. In other words, I'm talking about chump change vs what we'd gain from a 3G agreement.

So...just to be clear here, you'd rather be vengeful and risk a much bigger future return in order to get a pound of flesh, eh? I'm glad you're not negotiating for us.

We had NOK's nuts in a vise over 2G but let them walk away having to just pay the 2G freight and without getting 3G. How many years and how many millions in legal fees have we wasted AND WE STILL DON'T HAVE A 3G AGREEMENT. What about ERICY? No 3G agreement in sight there, either.

So, 12? What's your objective here? Wealth or revenge?
