Mag.....Thanks for the response and thanks for all the work you do with producing the calendar. It's terrific and has a way of giving us all an up date on where we stand regarding key events.

I guess given all we've seen the "no available" date is no surprise! Wish I could make time stand still like the legal process.

Magillagorilla-Checking the Second Circuit several times a day for an update on the appeal probably isn't necessary. It is my understanding that the Second Circuit docket sheets are usually updated once daily, very late in the evening. The docket sheet would let us know whether the stay on the Samsung appeal of the arbitration award is lifted. Opinions and summary orders on appeals are released on the Second Circuit website once daily at around 10:00 am. Any decision in IDCC's appeal re Nokia would show up at that time when the opinion or order is issued.
