And thank you for the links showing perfectly reasonable yet agressive verbiage on the part of Tessera management. Tessera's shareholders must have been happy to hear the company address the situation head on.

Perhaps when Neomedia execs and transition-period consultants finish reporting their options holdings to the SEC , they will move on to what is obviously their Number 2 or Number 3 priority and PR something similarly informative after consulting with our heavy-hitter patent attorneys.

BE, These Tessera press releases appear to be excellent templates that Neom could use for issuing a response to the PTO non-final action. Perhaps with your prior connections with Neom Management, you could convince them to issue a similar PR ASAP.

Thanks for the post and links.

I do like the fact that they were proactive on "setting the record straight" in regards to the "doom and gloom" many investors feel when something like that happens!

Do you think that there might be some malaise that has set in to NEOM's management and their heart isn't in the "fight" anymore? YA should be all over this if they would like to see a great return on their investment. Or is this all part of YA's plan?

For all the positions that NEOM recently filled...they forgot to hire a PR person!

They should hire someone like Streetstylz for all of the effort he puts into his blog. Can you imagine someone like him with all of his passion for NEOM and then PAYING him.

I don't know if he could be contained!

But the fact of the matter is...there is no news coming out touting NEOM.
