Beam: I don't think anyone is talking about issuing a PR that will drive the share price up. But it may well help counteract some of the downward pressure on the PPS that potentially may result from the misleading PR put out by the EFF regarding the reexamination. A PR about an event can be factually accurate and still be misleading if it fails to provide other important related information that helps the reader put the event in context.
I, as a shareholder, would greatly welcome a PR from Neom that puts the recent non-final action of the USPTO in context and serves to correct the misimpression created (IMO, deliberately) by the EFF that one of Neom's patents has been invalidated in its entirety by the USPTO.
