Now to Ziolkowski. buying $12,000 ofstock for $1.20 per share for a total of 10k shares anyone who looked at the Form 4 on 6/30/2008 could see that but if you looked at that Form 4 you would also see that On June 5, 2008, an agreement was entered into with Mr. Richard Owston for a stock compensation package in which 90,000 additional shares were issued to Mr. Ziolkowski in exchange for services rendered in the amount of $108,000.
You failed to mention the additional 90,000 Shares. I also did not find why but I'm sure there was a reason?
I to would be more than willing to buy $12,000 worth at $1.20 if compensated with 90,000 pre-hand.
Now to monitor Form4's and see if their is any future inside buying.
Knowing Ziolkowski bought 10,000 shares at $1.20 still does not compel me to buy any at .40 or above at this time !
Now nodoubtatall , let me ask you have you bought $12,000.00 worth at .40 or .42 since you are so convinced? I have not! That is an unfair question, because it is everyone's own business how they invest.
I am not posting to bash or pump KLYG, to do so and think it would affect the PPS is preposterous. I do hope every one gets their due from their investment in this one.
