You guys are really missing the most import press releases and SEC filings. Ask
yourself this, or do me a favor and go find me any OTC.BB company that before an
affiliate can join the company, they have to write the company a check for at
least $10,000 out of there own personal account?

Ketner is making everybody "anni up".

Take a look at the latest appointment, Ziolkowski. He had to buy $12,000 of
stock for $1.20 per share for a total of 10k shares. He got a stock
compensation package for 90k shares and he can't sell any of those shares until
next year, and then only 18k shares per year over the next 5 years, and if he
terminates his employment, he doesn't get to keep any of the balance. Do you
think Ziolkowski would pay $1.20 per share, have his compensation stock locked
up over the next 5 years if he didn't know that the stock was going to be worth
alot more than that in the near future and that he planeed to stay with the
company over the next 5 years?

Do you think Ziolkoski would pay $12k for stock that he can only sell 18k shares next year for
.34 cents? ($6,120)

Jeeeze, you guys want inside information, there it is.

Go find me any OTC.BB company with lock-ups like that on officers, or who makes
the officers pay to join the club.
