I E-mailed the company with some questions yesterday and received an answer today regarding inside ownership and O/S. Christina answered my E-mail. She said that as of 3/31, management held approximately 5% of shares. AT the end of the first quarter, there were 85,273,066 outstanding shares.

Very well thought out and presented valinv2 :-)

There are some places we agree and some we disagree. Ultimately I'd wait and make them prove out a little more and in doing so address some negative issues. But I also agree with you in that if you're already in it, you may as well play it out and at least see the hand.
