#1053 RE: TheSeed1 #1052

So the question is why isn't management buying at these "low" prices?

#1055 RE: TheSeed1 #1052

Seed, Christina is a busy gal, but I have found her to be quite professional and while it may take her a while, she will always returns calls and responds to emails.

Also, as for outstanding shares...one number you may want to realize if you go to the first page of any 10Q or 10K that is filed....you will always find the must recent share count as per the date of the filing.

So, in DRGP's case...the latest 10Q filed on May 15, 2008 showed that as of that date there were 90.5 Million shares outstanding. The calcuations within the report are based on the number of outstanding shares as of April 30, 2008....which is the 85.3 million share number referenced to you.

My theory is that between April 30 and May 15, the additional five million shares that were issued....were probably part of the compensation packages issued to recruit the level of talent of the new employees highered since the end of the first quarter.

Also, it is possible that some shares were also spent to acquire new product rights or something like that. I believe DRG management is going to be doing all they can get DRG's story out and the company's valuation "commensurate" to their accomplishments. (that's the word Melissa used in last conference call).

Regards,

Randy
