there might indeed be something wrong that we don't know about, although we have contacts all along the edge of the company that give us info about what seems to be going on from a general point of view
I think all of us know that there are large inherent risks with investing at these levels of the market
But if we are right about how undervalued this stock is, (and they were trading at 50 cents just a little more than a year ago on the pinks), then we could all be rewarded handsomely
I admit that the company has probably added dilution to the tune of 30-40 million shares over the last 12+ months, but that has (mostly) come to an end,was put into motion BEFORE Rice became the CEO, and Randy is right about the last S-8 in January, those shares should already be all out there by now. Until such time that the A/S is raised to 200 mil, dilution really cannot move forward very much, and all my current value models assume 100 mil O/S as a worst case. In addition, I believe Rice when she say that those shares will not just be pumped into the market willy-nilly, but will be used judiciously to grow the business
Dog days of summer are upon us, the Dow is getting murdered, oil is over $140 per bbl, and Melissa isn't doing everything she can to get us out of this hole, so we could be in for a couple more months of this
Extremely doubtful that any of us here are going anywhere, not just when the BUSINESS end of the company is growing by leaps and bounds
Price will follow eventually, by end of year it will be impossible for this stock to be trading at .03 if they do the revs and EPS that even a very conservative group like Dutton projects - remember Dutton projects $43 mil revs and .02 EPS for 2008 ad they are VERY conservative compared to 99% of the analysts out there
You really think this stock is still going to be trading at .03 in December if they look like they will do .02 in fully diluted EPS??
If so, it will be the first time in the history of the markets, probably
