omehay...it depends on 'where they are looking to hire' in posting their job offers. If it is only posted on their web site, then I'd say that is a disengenuous ploy to be used by the guys on this board as 'evidence' that booming business is SOON to come. Where are they advertising these positions?

ONEV cashflow problems appear to be behind them, or so I'm hearing, and it is strongly implied in their current activities.

This company seems to have a lot of optimism about their near term future. I'm guessing that the long, hard struggle is now giving way to a period of rapid growth with far less time for pinching the penny. Penny pinching invites missed opportunities and bad decisions. To the victor goes the spoils and victory comes from action, good defense true, but also a powerful offense. Growth comes from aggressive, well planned and decisive actions (seldom from controlled and conserving reaction).

Companies generally start to make serious money once their key employees can sense they have their demons within their grasp, and they're now strong enough to emerge the victor. Motivation comes from surviving, and then learning the fun of winning.

FYI, yes, I'm accumulating... are you? ONEV has enormous near term potential, and that means the growing possibility for a huge swing in pricing, SOON.
