I don't know, but I am not suspicious like you to think they would do such a thing. I have no evidence that they have acted this way before. My experience is that they have been as upfront as they could be given the constraints they have had in negotiating with other companies. You on the other hand have obviously be around long enough to have seen what they have said not to pan out. In my opinion that is not the case anymore.
The SAN DIEGO job market is hot with high tech jobs and job seekers, not unlike Silicon Valley days new and old. Why would ONEV spend extra $ to advertise more widely at this point in time?
