Doc I'm so sorry to hear this sad news that you guys are unable to dump your shares because of Larry. This must be a very scary time for you as the stock grinds it's way ever closer to $.084

Larry has been diddling and fiddling and dicking around for almost 6 months now. Most of the deals I've been involved with since his big announcement last Dec have already closed. Maybe it's time you pulled him aside and had a little chat.
