I have been quiet for some time and have watched these absurd allegations and discussions and repeated blame games being played....posters like MLM who have no shares but a personal vendetta against Herda for four years plus.....and posters like X99 trader and other wolves out there...tearing this company apart.....trying to scare the share holders into selling.....so that they can make some profit.....

Shame on all of you....You guys are a cancer and I know what cancer does....it eats away and kills silently....while the rest of the body tries hard to fight....

NOW some answers to the absurd stuff here...

NO INSIDERS can sell any stock issued by NSOL while an offer of a buyout is on the table.......That means that Denise Barbato and RS and Herda and Faith and other people cannot sell a single share.....That is illegal because of SEC rules.....THIS IS A FACT...I CHALLENGE any body including MLM and other absurd people to counter this truth....

The Insiders of a public company cannot sell a single share when there are dealings and merger/acquisition talk going on....NONE of the insiders are stupid enough to go to jail for that......

SO I would like to put this to rest ONCE and for ALL.....

INSIDERS are barred from selling their restricted stock....they have SIGNED documents saying that they cannot sell......This selling is not DB or HERDA but your friendly wolf in sheep's disguise....x99 and his cassio buddies and MLM types who are here to just have a personal vendetta and do not care!!!!!

Infact, NSOL like any other company cannot sell any shares till this buyout is done.....hence they have to resort to private placement....of restricted stock that cannot be sold.....In doing so ...the lender makes off with cheap shares...that is a true cost of business....Very simple....


Now the rumor mill is going crazy trying to confuse people and shareholders to sell and scare them off....


People like MLM should not be here simply because they give you half truth.....He has been screaming that DB has been selling shares, crying wolf so many fracking times....that it seems very logical that perhaps that must be true....Even I fell for this lie....... and caused a lot of anxiety.....!!!!

DB cannot sell any shares...can I say this any LOUDER.....!!!!!

Share holders here need to have some sense....Don't be scared of the rumors and negativism that is generated here....

I have done so much research by calling up people and wasting my time talking to every party involved.....I can vouch that these guys are doing their job...perhaps it does not appear clear and is opaque...but it is the end result that matters....

Which will be apparent in the next few days to week when the KY grant comes through....And even then....there will be nay sayers....

Posters who bash and short stock are a disease that needs to be eradicated....

I am sharpening my surgical knife and am going to take a much more proactive role here to counter their baseless allegations...
