Maybe now would be a good time to try and contact Pandey, usually in a lawsuit you need facts and all the email people got is proof that the DOD's mislead the shareholder, even if we shareholders getting nothing it would be a real pleasure to see some of them go to jail and be discredited from the business community.

DD, it's just my opinion, of course, but they were dead wrong about him and I'm not just saying that, I've spent two months looking through this stuff. Did he (DP) make mistakes, yes, did he steal anything, not from what I can see.

As I've said before, at least as of last May there where a lot of positives on the horizon... He's willing to jump back in, put the past behind him and do what he thinks is needed to turn it around and groom a new CEO... There's a team ready to help out as well. The ball is in the hands of the other board members, they can keep supporting the sinking ship or they can give Dr. Pandey a shot at fixing this. Of course, by board members I mean Steve Burg and Martin Biggs, I dont' see Dr. Swift voting for a change...

It always bothered me when I read, Pandey did this, he did that and some even blame him for global warming. All this
without any convictions regarding the legal issues that have been drawn out and caused the SEC to get involved.

It will be interesting to what happens with the India issue!

If it turns out that Pandey actually didn't do all these things he is accused of I wouldn't want to be the accusers!

Legally they could have a mess on their hands
