For all that don't know what is coming..
A Telmex licensing contract for a sucessfull launch of Iris..MTNL..with a breakeven and better contract already in hand..Private investors putting in their backing..America Movile setting in the wings..a 411 carrier that has already completed testing..and even more on the mobile side with MID OEM's..Maybe after all is said and done..Those that complained about what the CEO did and didn't do..will see what the longs have seen all along..Great tech and a company that wouldn't give up even when some investors did...veno

Veno, Incentives should follow performance, not the other way around. The shareholders have had to wait many months for all these great things to occur, so why shouldn't the CEO do the same? It's not like he hasn't been getting paid and receiving stock compensation along the way. Weber's 2007 "total compensation" was almost half of company sales. There's no reason why he should have another 3 or 4 percent of sales. Especially when we're still waiting for X,Y and Z to launch. I would like to see Weber start buying shares on the open market! Now that would do more good than receiving a percentage in sales, with zero net income. I can't think of any CEO that takes a percentage of sales?

veno,

You know as well as anyone I have never been in agreement with the CEO's raise. It kind of made me feel as if I had just had my pockets picked if you know what I mean. If I didn't believe in the technology so much, I would have bailed just recently. Damn that great tech! LOL

Well, you know that the revenues are not literally "zip, zilch, zero," which means that you also know, then, that his commissions are not "zip, zilch, zero," either. It is absolutely obscene that the CEO is getting commissions from the very first dollar in revenue that the Company receives, given the amount of revenues currently being generated. For him to claim these commissions at a time when ONEV keeps needing to borrow to meet operational costs is outrageous under the terms that he has for receiving commissions. It's garbage, and you know it. Anyone who is not an apologist recognizes it, too!
