Or maybe they are not buying back, but selling, selling, selling. Maybe they are selling their own shares or maybe the dilution engine is revving (which would explain how we can trade $30MM+ in a day and not move the PPS).

Maybe the news that would be in a PR is not good at all such as:

1. The big deal fell through
2. There is another two billion shares in the O/S.
3. Reverse split

If they want to turn their shares into money, they wouldn't want to release unfriendly information in a PR until they were done.
