#18312 RE: Jeff2Earth #18311

My purpose in posting this is not to stir up a bunch of gossip and nonsense- there has been enough of that. I am hoping that when the news of herda's resignation comes out (and I have good reason to expect it will be Tues), whatever spin is put on it, its implications can be properly realized. Those implications are that NSOL is complying with IA's wishes and therefore we should view this as a legitimate buyout offer. Herda took 3 months to send IA the paperwork it requested. Furthermore, the paperwork sent was not what IA expected. IA does not like the way this company is being managed but believes very strongly in its potential. Herda is a nice person, a good scientist, but not a competent CEO. We've all known that for a long time. He is being asked by IA to step aside, and as I understand it, he is complying. My concern is that people will react to this as bad news. That our company's CEO is running away and giving up on us and that is because we are going into the tank (yea I know how this board thinks). I am trying to circumvent this false reasoning. Why should I care if I'm so confident that the deal is going to go through?
1) I think that we shareholders can get a better offer with the PPS higher rather than lower. That's what I was getting at when I said that this board has been cutting off our noses.
2) I am out of money and can't average down anymore, and I prefer to watch my position increase in value rather than decrease as this moves closer to a resolution.
3) I am confident that this deal is legit, but things don't always work out. Though I have been assured by both sides that they will, and I take that to be very significant information in itself, it doesn't eliminate the risk factor. Like Amarkiii said- not much paperwork on this.

Amarkiii: "The major problem I'm having with your post is the idea that a company with seemingly no base of operations... is being portrayed as having such significant influence on the current operations of NSOL/FFI. IA has no standing to influences the kinds of changes changes at NSOL / FFI. At least as far as I can see."
That is just what I hope people realize when the news hits the news stands.
I am not an insider, I am not an idiot and I do care about my money. But I have done my homework instead of griping about what a little fish I am in such a big scary ocean as you people do every day. Please, please don't buy on my speculation. If my sources are incorrect, I don't want to be responsible. I just hope that if and when things proceed as I have outlined, for once we can take good news as good news.

PS: Amarkiii: IA's base of operations is at 820 West Lake Street, Suite 212 Roselle, Illinois 60172, same address as Digital Source Media. DSM is one of IA's consortium companies and a significant source of revenue for them along with painting companies and satellite offices that are not listed on their web site. That information was communicated to me by L. Romano back in January and confirmed by an associate at DSM.

I concur. For once, the "next week" mantra might hold true!
