"IA acknowledges the current management team of NSOL/FFI and commends them for their efforts"

Doesn't it seem a little contradictory that now all of a sudden you are telling us IA thinks NSOL management is doing such a terrible job and wants to fire Herda?

Something doesn't add up here.

There is a strong possiblility that upon Herda's departure which is immenent, someone from Shaw Group will be taking NSOL's helm. This is what IA wants before NSOL taken out Private...........................................

"..there is going to be a great deal of credibility gained by the press release on Tuesday that will announce both the departure of the incompetent Herda, and the arrival of two heavy hitters to NSOL. Romano said..."

"My purpose in posting this is not to stir up a bunch of gossip and nonsense"..

Well, we're all VERY glad to hear that!... .

"NSOL is complying with IA's wishes and therefore we should view this as a legitimate buyout offer."...

So much for another false NSOL 'prophet'...

We don't even have anyone to take us into the land of spilled scotch and cherries!
