your assumption is that they didn't raise enough financing by taking it to 2B....another opinion would be that they have raised(or are currently raising) enough capital to allow them to do some things that will get them to profitability. in that case further financing will not be needed. but you are here to root on the negative possibilities so i imagine you won't admit that is even a possible scenario.
These guys know the drill, LOL. My powder is dry waiting for the last shoe to drop only to speed up a more desirable exit from this pos. I do not see BK in the near future just yet.
