Most likely will be the increase in a/s. Toxic financing already in place. Back in February I calculated the 2B a/s might be exhausted before the toxics were completed. It will be close but at this point an increase in a/s is pretty much in the 'bag'. If they are slow in increasing the a/s and we slam into the 2B we could see a little pop. They may try to let the stock breathe at the 2B o/s mark before increasing the a/s and putting the hammer down again. Will see.
