TS "IS SWVC" and he has Plenty of FUNDS. Problem is that he Never Has, or Ever Will spend even one Penny of the Money he has "IMO" Blatantly Taken from the shareholders through a Variety of Tactics to Confuse, Misrepresent, Not Reveal the TRUTH, Hold back information on Filings knowing he can Amend them later, etc. etc etc. The CEO of a Public Trading Corporation SHOULD (keyword) make some attempt to make the shareholders Investment Profitable. This CEO has done the Exact Opposite by filling his Pockets with the Hard Earned Money of those that make an Average Wage, while Drawing Approximately 45 Thousand a Month in Salary (according to the last 10 filing)!!! This Dilution Machine will not stop until the last drop of Blood is Sucked from the peeps that keep Averaging Down with the expectation that he will feel some Obligation to FIX things. Never Gonna Happen "IMO"
This will Probably R/S Sooner than Later so he can take his "NO COST TO HIM LITTLE EMPIRE" Private, leaving his Trusting Shareholders "HOLDING THE BAG"!
This Scenerio is not new in Pennyland, but it will hurt worse because so many Trusted the BS Pump and their CEO with that SEG on his face.
