The thing is dirt you have this huge dichotomy here. Where some say there is no chance of YA or anybody else converting......why would they?

On the other hand you have people like me that say when has YA ever held shares before they always dump?

So, it boils back down to what you believe. I'll let the PPS do the talking. I totally agree with you that without a share reduction and all CD's being paid off this will never hit .01 again. If 60 Million can't move it more than 12% you would need 400 Million to get it to .01.
